  • 1 pound beef chuck cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of beer (the beer of your liking)
  • 4 cups low sodium beef stock
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2-3 thyme sprigs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping the veggies and set aside:

  • Peel and dice finely the onions
  • Cut the carrot into wheels
  • Cut the celery into wheels
  • Crush the garlic cloves
