Work life balance is essential! We are closed Sundays and major holidays so staff members can spend time with their families. We also offer four day work weeks for eligible positions. Paid time off is available as we value both dedication and well-being.

What is the interview process?
The first step is to submit an application for the position you are interested in. You can do this by applying online or by submitting an email with a custom cover letter attachment along with your resume to careers@bluewaterspa.com.
Our interview process is shaped largely around the candidate. The number and format of interviews will be personalized to your skill set and the position that you are applying for. We want to give each candidate their best opportunity to represent their abilities. Everyone starts with one or two phone interviews and if we think there is a potential fit, we will bring you on-site for a round of interviews.
