Ground turkey is one of my favourite proteins because it’s lean and healthy. It can also work in a variety of recipes, like these Instant Pot recipes! I rounded up the best Instant Pot recipes that can use ground turkey. You’re going to love these easy dinners for weeknights! Bonus: You can pack up the leftovers for a healthy lunch.
Substituting Ground Turkey for Ground Beef
Some of these recipes may traditionally call for ground beef, but you can easily substitute ground turkey for a leaner option! For best results, it’s recommended you use a ground turkey with a higher fat percentage (like 85%) to best replicate the flavour and texture that ground beef would give you. You may want to double up on the seasonings, too.
